Juan More Taco…In Cabo San Lucas…
We arrived at a small location in Cabo San Lucas where we were greeted by the owners and joined by others. We all loaded into vans and made a few stops around the city at various grocery stores and carnicerias to purchase ingredients. Afterwards we returned to the original location and headed to the back patio area where we all gathered at a several tables and learned how to make classic margaritas to get the party started. After a couple of refills we learned from the matriarch herself the proper way to make fresh corn tortillas, adobe sauce, salsa, and guacamole while the owner’s family grilled meat and potatoes in an outdoor kitchen. This was one of my favorite experiences of the whole trip!
